成都市基层医疗机构卫生人力资源现状调查研究

中文摘要: 目的 了解成都基层医疗机构卫生人力资源现状,分析基层卫生人才队伍存在的问题,并探讨相应对策建议,为进一步加强基层卫生人才队伍建设提供参考。方法 文献分析法、描述性分析法。结果 成都市基层卫生技术人员总量、执业(助理)医师及注册护士数量逐年增加,尤其护士增长明显;但执业(助理)医师没有形成合理的老中青年龄结构比例,学历水平普遍较低,本科及以上学历不足25%,基本格局仍以专科为主;中高级职称占比不足30%。结论 成都市基层卫生人力资源有所改善,但依然存在总量不足,增长缓慢,结构不合理等问题。需要在政府支持的基础上,以待遇留人、前景引人和环境暖人,多措并举扩大成都市基层卫生人员总量,多管齐下加大卫生人才结构调整力度,提升卫生人才队伍质量,促进基层医疗卫生人力资源稳步健康发展。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of health human resources in grassroots medical institutions in Chengdu, analyze the problems existing in the grassroots health talent team, and explore the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide a reference for further strengthening the construction of grassroots health talents. METHODS Literature analysis and descriptive analysis. RESULTS The total number of grassroots health technicians, the number of licensed (assistant) doctor and registered nurses in Chengdu increased year by year, especially for nurses. However, licensed (assistant) doctor did not form a reasonable proportion of age. Academic level is generally low. The undergraduate degree or above is less than 25%, and the basic pattern is still dominated by specialists; the middle and senior titles account for less than 30%. CONCLUSION The human resources of grassroots health in Chengdu have improved, but there are still problems such as insufficient total amount, slow growth and unreasonable structure. Need to be based on government support, retaining people with benefits, attracting prospects, and warming the environment.Take measures to expand the total number of grassroots health workers in Chengdu, and increase the adjustment of health personnel structure through multiple measures.Improve the quality of the health talent team and promote the steady and healthy development of grassroots medical and health human resources.
