中文摘要: 目的 观察保乳手术联合化疗药物治疗乳腺癌的疗效。方法 收集100例乳腺癌患者，随机分为两组，A组，50例，行乳腺癌根治手术治疗；B组，50例，行保乳手术联合化疗药物治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效、生存质量评分、IL-17、IL-10水平变化。结果 治疗后A组与B组临床总有效率比较差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）；B组的术后美容评价效果优于A组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组治疗后IL-17、IL-10水平降低明显（P＜0.05），B组IL-17、IL-10水平低于A组（P＜0.05）。2组治疗后生存质量评分明显升高（P＜0.05），B组高于A组（P＜0.05）。结论 保乳手术联合化疗治疗乳腺癌患者的临床美容效果更优，能够提高患者生存质量，能够显著下调IL-17和IL-10水平，起到治疗作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of breast-conserving surgery combined with chemotherapy drugs in the treatment of breast cancer.METHODS 100 patients with breast cancer were collected and randomly divided into 2 groups. 50 patients in group A were treated with radical mastectomy. 50 patients in group B were treated with breast-conserving surgery combined with chemotherapy. The clinical efficacy, quality of life score, IL-17 and IL-10 levels were compared between the two groups.RESULTS There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between group A and group B after treatment （P＞0.05）. The postoperative cosmetic evaluation of group B was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）; The levels of IL-17 and IL-10 were significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.05). The levels of IL-17 and IL-10 in group B were lower than those in group A （P＜0.05）. The quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly higher after treatment（P＜0.05）, and those of group B were higher than those of group A（P＜0.05）.CONCLUSION Breast-conserving surgery combined with chemotherapy for breast cancer patients has better clinical cosmetic effects, can improve the quality of life of patients, and can significantly down-regulate IL-17 and IL-10 levels, and play a therapeutic role.
