中文摘要: 目的 通过检索近期发表的中医药在大肠癌术后治疗中应用的相关文献，了解大肠癌术后中医临床治疗思路，总结 中医药治疗大肠癌术后的规律，论证中西医结合治疗的有效性。方法 在中国知网(CNKI2003-2019)、万方医药期刊数据库 (WF2003-2019) 检索关键词“大肠癌术后”，第二检索词分别为“中药组方”“针灸”和“外治”，期刊限定为核心期刊，获 取相关文献，对比相关方法的治疗效果。结论 中西医结合治疗在增效减毒、延长患者生存期、减轻化疗后副作用和提高治 疗期间患者生活质量等方面具有良好的效果。同时，中医药治疗大肠癌术后的研究在抗癌机制方面还有待进一步深入。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE Basic on the recently released articles on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment after colorectal cancer surgery to understand the clinical thinking in the area. Summarizing the rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment after colorectal cancer surgery）,and prove the effectiveness of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. METHODS Searching on CNKI 2003-2019 and WF2003-2019 by using the keyword “after colorectal cancer surgery”, and use "Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription", "acupuncture and Moxibustion", "external treatment" as secondary keywords.) The journal type is limited to core journals to obtain related articles and compare the therapeutic effect of related methods.CONCLUSION Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine have good effects on increasing efficacy and decreasing toxicity, prolonging survival time, reducing side effects after chemotherapy, and improving patients'quality of life.However further studies in the anti-cancer mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of colorectal cancer are still needed.
