中文摘要: 法 通过中国免疫规划信息管理系统收集2019年天津市滨海新区报告的AEFI个案数据，通过天津市免疫规划信息系 统收集疫苗接种数据，应用描述性流行病学统计方法进行流行病学分析。结果 天津市滨海新区2019年共报告447例AEFI病 例，报告发生率为81.43/10万。其中一般反应355例（79.42%），报告发生率为64.67/10万；异常反应84例（18.79%），报告发生 率为 15.30/10万，男、女性别比为 1.32∶1，2019年天津市滨海新区 AEFI年龄分布以≤1岁为主(73.15%)，地区分布前三位分 别为杭州道街、大沽街和塘沽街，AEFI病例报告时间以第三季度为主；AEFI报告发生率前 5位的分别是 9价 HPV疫苗 （769.23/10万）、麻风疫苗（316.74/10万）、4价HPV疫苗（302.11/10万），DTaP-IPV-Hib五联疫苗（271.66/10万）和DTap-Hib联 合疫苗（225.62/10万），3种含百白破成分的疫苗 AEFI发生率有统计学差异（χ2=27.463，P＜0.001）结论 2019年天津市滨海 新区AEFI报告以一般反应为主，疫苗安全性较好。

Abstract:Objective To analyse the epidemiological characteristics of adverse events following immunization ( AEFI) in
Tianjin Binhai New Area in 2019. Methods: For descriptive epidemiological analyses, we collected AEFI case data through the National Immunization Program Information Management System, and vaccine doses-administered data from Tianjin Immunization Program Information System. Results: In total, 447 AEFI cases were reported, The reported AEFI incidence was 81.43 per 100,000 doses, 79.42% were common vaccine reactions(355 cases),18.75% were rare vaccine reactions(84 cases), The reported AEFI incidence were 64.67 per 100,000 doses and 15.30 per 100,000 doses respectively, the male to female ratio was 1.32:1, 73.15% were among children less than 1 years old, The top three districts are Hang Zhou Dao street, Dagu street and TangGu street. Most cases occurred in the third and fourth quarter. The top five AEFI incidence were Human Papillomavirus 9-valent, Recombinant vaccine (769.23 per 100 000 doses)，Measles and rubella combined attenuated live vaccine (316.74 per 100 000 doses)，Human Papillomavirus 4-valent, Recombinant vaccine (302.11 per 100 000 doses )，Diphtheria，tetanus and acellular pertussis，inactivated poliovirus and Haemophilus influenzae type b conjugate combined vaccine (271.66 per 100 000 doses) Diphtheria，tetanus and acellular pertussis and Hhaemophilus influenza type b conjugate combined vaccine (225.62 per 100 000 doses) . By comparison, there were statistical differences in the incidence rates of 3 DTaP-containing vaccines（2=27.463，P=0.000）Conclusions: Most AEFIs were common vaccine reactions in Tianjin Binhai New Area in 2019,which shows the vaccine was safe ．
