中文摘要: 目的 探讨布地奈德鼻负压置换治疗对儿童支气管镜术中的影响。方法 选取320例进行气管镜检查的患儿，随机分 为实验组和对照组，实验组术前术后3天均进行布地奈德鼻负压置换治疗，对照组均不进行布地奈德鼻负压置换治疗，对两组 患儿术后出现的鼻黏膜损伤、出血、感染及发热等并发症发生率、术野清晰程度、住院天数等进行评价。结果 实验组采用 鼻负压置换治疗对呼吸系统疾病，尤其是感染渗出多的患儿，尤为适宜，可明显减少并发症出现，使术中视野清晰，术程更 加顺利，并能使患儿术中出血减少，提升患儿的舒适度，有效控制术后的感染率，且不良反应发生例数少于对照组，差异均 有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 恰当合理的布地奈德鼻负压置换治疗，是气管镜检查成功进行的重要保障。
Abstract:Objective To investigate the curative effect of sinus displacement therapy with budesonide in children under bronchoscopy. Methods 320 cases of bronchoscopy were randomly divided into treatment group A and control group B.Group A were giving sinus displacement therapy with budesonide 3 days before and after surgery,meanwhile group B received no treatment.To evaluation the incidence of complications such as nasal mucosa injury, bleeding, infection and fever, surgical field clarity and length of hospitalization.Conclusions Sinus displacement therapy are effective methods for reducing the incidence of adverse reactions of bronchoscopy in children significantly.The Incidence of adverse reactions rate in treatment group was hardly less than the control group(P<0.05 ).Conclusions Sinus displacement therapy are effective guarantee for the success of bronchoscopy.
