中文摘要: 目的 基于PCIC模式分析青岛市居民认知情况和使用移动医疗APP情况。方法 采用自行设计调查问卷对青岛市居民进行调查，利用构成比描述分析居民基本信息、移动医疗APP的认知及使用基本情况，利用卡方检验分析影响移动医疗APP认知的因素，利用卡方检验和 logistic回归分析影响移动医疗APP使用意愿的因素。结果 18.5%的居民了解移动医疗APP，10.8%的居民安装并一直使用移动医疗APP，36.9%的居民愿意使用移动医疗APP，智能手机使用熟练程度影响移动医疗APP使用的意愿。结论 居民对移动医疗APP未来使用意愿较高。应提供个性化服务，增强移动医疗APP的综合服务能力，搭建区域健康信息共享平台，有针对性地进行宣传推广。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE This article aimed to analyze the cognition and utilization of mobile medical applications(APPs) by residents in Qingdao based on PCIC model. METHODS A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the residents of Qingdao.Proportion was used to describe and analyze residents’basic information and cognition and utilization of mobile medical APP. Chi-square test was used to analyze the factors affecting residents’cognition of mobile medical APP. Chi-square test and logistic regression were used to analyze the factors affecting residents’ willingness to use mobile medical APP. RESULTS 18.5% residents known about mobile medical APP. 10.8% residents have installed mobile medical APP and have been using them all the time. 36.9% residents are willing to use mobile medical APP.Smartphone proficiency affected residents’ willingness to use mobile medical APP. CONCLUSIONS Residents have a high willingness to use mobile medical APP in the future. Providing personalized services, enhancing comprehensive service ability of mobile medical APP, establishing regional health information-shared platform and carrying out targeted promotion should be adopted.
