Abstract:This paper introduces the construction of the clinic of the first social welfare institution in jiading district of a second-level general hospital. First of all, it introduces the status quo of the project of combining medical care with nursing care, and summarizes the achievements, such as establishing a set of management system of the medical clinic, completing the opening of new living areas as planned, opening up a "green channel" for residents and the elderly to see doctors, improving the medical quality, strengthening the communication mechanism and strengthening the talent reserve and training, etc. The main problems are that doctors are still not completely fixed, new doctors are not familiar with the working environment, and communication and cooperation with nursing staff need to be further strengthened. It is proposed that the participation of secondary general hospitals in integrated medical care projects conforms to the national policy guidance, that secondary general hospitals should give full play to their advantages in integrated medical care projects, establish a practical talent reserve mechanism, and further explore long-term and normal management mechanism of integrated medical care projects. The project can become a high-quality medical service model integrating medical treatment, nursing, rehabilitation, health education and hospice care.
