中文摘要: 目的 探究大黄牡丹汤联合西药对腹部术后患者胃肠功能的治疗作用。方法 收集辽宁中医嘉和医院消化科治疗的患者共100例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各50例。对照组予抗生素、促胃肠蠕动等药物治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上，给予大黄牡丹汤加减口服，每日1剂口服。治疗时间为10天。观察治疗前后中医证候积分、Th17、Treg、TNF-α、IL-1和临床有效率情况。结果 治疗后，两组患者的临床症状积分、Th17、Treg、TNF-α和IL-1表达水平等方面较治疗前均有所改善，且治疗组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后治疗组临床总有效率90.00%高于对照组的70.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 大黄牡丹汤联合西药治疗可有效改善腹部术后患者胃肠功能。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the therapeutic effect of Dahuang Mudan Decoction combined with western medicine on gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing abdominal surgery.METHODS A total of 100 patients treated by the Department of Gastroenterology, Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine Jiahe Hospital were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antibiotics and gastrointestinal motility. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was given oral administration of Dahuang Mudan Decoction, with 1 dose daily. The treatment time was 10 days. Observe the TCM syndrome score, Th17, Treg, TNF-α, IL-1 and clinical effectiveness before and after treatment. RESULTS After treatment, the clinical symptom scores, Th17, Treg, TNF-α, and IL-1 expression levels of the two groups of patients were improved compared with those before treatment, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P＜0.05）. After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00% higher than that of the control group by 70.00% （P＜0.05）. CONCLUSION Dahuang Mudan Decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing abdominal surgery.
