中文摘要: 目的 研究针灸联合补肝肾方治疗老年肩袖损伤的临床疗效。方法：纳入符合标准的肩袖损伤诊断标准的患者78例，随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予曲安奈德联合利多卡因局部注射治疗；治疗组给予针灸联合补肝肾方治疗治疗，连续治疗3个月。分别于治疗前后评估患者肩关节疼痛程度、肩关节主动活动范围、关节功能评定，并于治疗后统计两组的临床疗效。结果 治疗组临床疗效高于对照组，肩关节疼痛程度、肩关节主动活动范围、关节功能评定的改善均优于对照组。结论 针灸联合补肝肾方治疗老年肩袖损伤临床有效，可明显缓解疼痛，改善肩关节功能。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Buganshen Decoction for rotator cuff injury. METHODS A total of 78 eligible patients with rotator cuff injury were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine, local injection.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with Buganshen Decoction.The treatment last for 3 months. The pain level, active range and function of shoulder joint were evaluated before and after treatment, and the clinical effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed after treatment. RESULTS The clinical effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. The improvement of pain relief, active range and function of shoulder joint was better than the control group.CONCLUSION Acupuncture combined with Buganshen Decoction is effective in the treatment of rotator cuff injury.It can significantly alleviate pain, improve shouder joint function.
