Abstract:OBJECTIVE To construct the admittance and exit criteria of rehabilitation service objects for skeletal and muscle system diseases in Shanghai community, so as to guide the grading rehabilitation. METHODS In August 2018, through a group meeting, the rehabilitation diseases of skeletal muscle system diseases in the community and the rehabilitation evaluation indexes were confirmed. From October 2018 to May 2019, through expert consultation of 10 rehabilitation hospital rehabilitation experts, community health service center rehabilitation physicians and family doctors, the admittance and exit criteria of rehabilitation service objects was obtained. RESULTS Cervical spondylosis, shoulder impingement syndrome, periarthritis of shoulder and soft tissue injury could only receive rehabilitation hospital rehabilitation and community outpatient rehabilitation, while fractures, osteoarthritis, artificial joint replacement, lumbar disc herniation could receive community ward rehabilitation and home bed rehabilitation except those treatment. The admittance and exit criteria of skeletal muscle system diseases grading rehabilitation were made according to exercise ability, pain, family care ability, family economic conditions, patient's wishes and change of condition. CONCLUSION The developed rehabilitation standards for the rehabilitation of skeletal and muscular system diseases in communities could provide references for grading community-based rehabilitation practice.
