中文摘要: 目的 了解广州某高校大学生健康素养水平与生活方式状况,为完善高校健康教育工作提供相关参考。方法 采取 整群随机抽样的方法,抽取广州市一所非医学高校 10个班级共 382名大一学生,调查其健康素养水平和生活方式状况。结 果 被调查大学生的健康素养得分为(48.90?6.56)分,健康素养水平为30.2%(114/378);3个维度素养水平分别为基本知识与 理念 64.0%(242/378)、健康生活方式与行为 31.0%(117/378)和健康技能 25.7%(97/378)。大学生健康生活方式量表总分为 (127.10?15.02)分。具备健康素养的大学生生活方式量表总分、饮食营养行为和压力管理行为得分分别为(129.82?14.11)、 (15.42?2.32)分和(20.05?2.96)分,均高于不具备健康素养的大学生(P<0.05)。结论 高校健康教育工作中,应多举措并用, 重视并促进大学生形成健康的生活方式。
Abstract:OBJECTIVETo understand acollege students’ health literacy and lifestyle conditionsin Guangzhou, and provide references for the improvement of health education in college. METHODSUsing cluster random sampling method, 382 freshmen from 10 classes of a non-medical college in Guangzhou were selected to investigate their health literacy and lifestyle conditions.RESULTSThe score of students’ health literacy was (48.90±6.56)and the proportion was 30.2% (114/378). The proportions of students’basic knowledge and concept,healthy lifestyle and behavior,and basic skills were64.0%(242/378), 31.0%(117/378), 25.7%(97/378)respectively.The total score of healthy lifestyle scale for college students was(127.10±15.02).The scores of the lifestyle scale, dietary nutrition behavior and stress management behavior of college students with health literacy were(129.82±14.11)、(15.42±2.32)、(20.05±2.96)respectively,higher than those without health literacy(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONDuring college students’ health education, many measures should be taken to promote students for forming healthy lifestyle.
