Abstract:Abstract A survey of grassroots doctors' awareness of the service capacity improvement of primary medical institutions/LI Xing-xing，Zhang Ting, Wang Zheng,et al.//Chinese Primary Health Care，2020,34(4)：00-00 Abstract OBJECTIVE To understand the awareness of primary doctors of Guizhou Province on the improvement of service capabilities of primary medical institutions, and provide a reference for the formulation of policies for improving the service capabilities of primary medical institutions. METHODS A stratified random sampling was used to select 430 doctors from 9 primary (city/state) primary medical institutions in Guizhou Province for questionnaire survey. RESULTS Doctors have a higher overall awareness of the service capacity of primary medical institutions (86.1%).After multiple linear regression analysis, gender,age,monthly income,favorable level of assistance from higher-level hospitals, the need to receive assistance from higher-level hospitals, grassroots The understanding of the medical association/medical community established by medical institutions and higher-level hospitals, and the best form of assistance from higher-level hospitals have an impact on the awareness of the service capacity of primary medical institutions. CONCLUSION Higher-level assistance has a greater role, but the medical staff of primary medical institutions do not have the opportunity to learn medical skills and the organization attaches insufficient training. It is difficult to improve their service quality in the short term and cannot meet the medical and health needs of patients in their jurisdictions. Training of personnel, training mode of promoting homogeneous medical education, exploring the change of service mode and extension of service content, and improving related supporting mechanisms.
