Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of directional penetration of traditional Chinese medicine in treating stage 3 of chronic kidney disease patients with syndrome of qi deficiency of spleen and kidney.METHODS Seventy-six stage 3 of chronic kidney disease patients admitted to the hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group with 38 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The observation group was orally treated with Niaoduqing granulesand directional penetration of Chinese medicine(20min/time and once every other day).The control group was given with Niaoduqing granules and directional penetration of Chinese medicine simulation agent.After 12 weeks treatment,scores of syndrome of qi deficiency of spleen and kidney,renal function,the efficacy,and serum levels of d-dimer and cystatin C were compared in the two groups.RESULTS After treatment,the scores of syndrome of qi deficiency of spleen and kidney and urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, 24h urine protein quantification,and glomerular filtration rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P＜0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum levels of d-dimer and cystatin C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.01).CONCLUSION The efficacy of directional penetration of traditional Chinese medicine in treating of chronic kidney disease patients with syndrome of qi deficiency of spleen and kidney is significant and down-regulate serum levels of d-dimer and cystatin C.
