中文摘要: 目的 探讨基于跨理论模型的亚专科护理培训在体检中心护理小组培训中的应用。方法 选取体检中心专科护士16名,应用基于跨理论模型的培训模式进行亚专科护理培训,包括:前意向阶段、意向阶段、准备阶段、行动阶段和维持阶段。观察培训后体检中心专科护士处于跨理论模型各阶段行为改变情况,比较体检中心专科护士培训前后职业认同感和核心能力的情况。结果 培训前、培训后1个月、培训后3个月、培训后6个月体检中心专科护士职业认同感和核心能力比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),随着培训时间的延长体检中心专科护士的职业认同感和核心能力越强。培训前、培训后1个月、培训后3个月、培训后6个月体检中心专科护士亚专科学习的行为改变情况分析:培训后期(3~6个月)效果优于培训前期(1~3个月),行动和维持阶段人数所占比例更高。结论 基于跨理论模型的培训模式对体检中心的专科护士亚专科学习的行为起到积极作用,有效提高体检中心专科护士的职业认同感和核心能力,值得在体检中心亚专科护理培训中推广。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of the trans-theoretical model in training program for nurses in medical examination center. METHODS A total of 16 nurses from medical examination center were recruited. All nurses received the trans- theoretical model of intervention and the changes of the behavior at each stage of intervention and professional identity and competency were observed. RESULTS There were significant differences of length of professional identity and competency of nurses before and 1,3,6 months after intervention(P<0.01)as the training doing, the professional identity and competency of nurses are higher. Meanwhile, the effects of the latter period of the intervention(3-6 months) were better than those of the early period(1-3months).
