中文摘要: 目的 通过对某省社区居民高血压知识知晓率和高血压治疗情况的研究，评估社区慢性病管理情况。方法 采用SPSS软件对数据进行统计学分析，应用例数和百分比进行描述性统计。结果 某省10个项目点共调查了6376人，调查对象中男性为3052人，女性为3324人，男女比例为0.91:1。高血压相关知识知晓率为47.83%，高血压治疗率为70.95%，高血压控制率为9.37%。结论 提高居民的知识知晓率，帮助社区居民养成良好的饮食习惯和健康的生活观念，从而降低社区慢病患者的患病率；加强基层医生的慢性病防治能力，以基本公共卫生服务项目为抓手，切实提高社区慢性病患者管理水平，是社区卫生工作者的首要任务。
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the chronic disease management of communities in a province through the study of hypertension knowledge rate and hypertension treatment. Methods SPSS software was used to analyze the data, and descriptive statistics were applied by the cases number and percentage. Results A total of 6 376 people were surveyed in 10 project sites in a province, among whom 3 052 were males and 3 324 were females, with a male-female ratio of 0.91 to 1.The knowledge rate of hypertension was 47.83%, the treatment rate of hypertension was 70.95%, and the control rate of hypertension was 9.37%. Conclusion It is important to improve the knowledge rate of the residents, and help the community residents to develop good eating habits and healthy life concept, so as to reduce the prevalence of chronic disease in the community. It is the primary task of community health workers to strengthen the ability of grassroots doctors to prevent and cure chronic diseases, take basic public health service projects as the starting point, and improve the management level of chronic disease patients in communities.
