大学生到乡镇卫生院工作、城市医师支援乡镇卫生院,培养和引进预防医学等专业的公共卫生服务人才,调整编制,以及制
定卫生人力资源优惠政策,提高医务人员福利待遇,加强培训,提高素质。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE Analyzing the current situation of health human resources in three township health centers in Xuan⁃
wei City. To finds out the existing problems and puts forward corresponding suggestions to optimize the allocation of pri⁃
mary health human resources. METHODS Taking the three township health centers as the research object, the related da⁃
ta of human resources in township health centers are collected through field investigation and questionnaire survey. RE⁃
SULTS The total number of health human resources is insufficient, the quality is not high, the structure and distribution
are unreasonable, the income is low, and the training lags behind. CONCLUSION It is necessary to strengthen training, to
improve policies, support township hospitals by urban doctors, establish employment-oriented and guide college students
to work in township hospitals.
