社区护士对压力性损伤患者营养支持认知现状调查

中文摘要: 目的 了解社区护士对压力性损伤患者营养支持的认知现状,为制定和实施相关培训提供依据,也为制定基于循证医学证据的实践方案提供参考。方法 选取上海市浦东新区12家社区卫生服务中心的393名社区护士进行问卷调查,调查内容包括压力性损伤营养支持相关知识、态度和感知中障碍等。结果 知识上,60.33%的社区护士水平等级为差(<60分)>;态度上,24.23%的社区护士等级为差;感知中障碍上,赞同“缺乏PI营养支持专业人员、绩效评价体系、操作流程和多学科合作团队支持”的比例较高。结论 社区护士严重缺乏压力性损伤营养支持专业知识,对开展此项工作持积极态度,但在社区开展此项工作还需营养支持专业人员,需制定绩效评价体系、操作流程和建立多学科合作团队等。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of nurses’ cognition of nutritional support for patients with stress injury in community health service centers, so as to provide a basis for the formulation and implementation of relevant training, as well as a reference for the formulation of evidence-based medical practice programs. METHODS 393 nurses from 12 Community health service centers health service centers in Pudong New Area of Shanghai were selected for a questionnaire survey, which included three aspects: knowledge, attitude and perceived obstacles related to nutrition support for stress injury. RESULTS The knowledge scores of nurses in community health service centers were 60.33%(<60). The attitude score was 24.33%. The main obstacles in perception were lack of PI nutrition support professionals, performance evaluation system, operation process and multidisciplinary team support. CONCLUSION Nurses in community health service centers were lack of professional knowledge of nutrition support for stress injury and had a positive attitude towards this work. However, to carry out this work in the community health service centers, nutrition support professionals were still needed, including the establishment of performance evaluation system, operation process and the establishment of multidisciplinary cooperative team.
