中文摘要: 目的 调查某病例接种卡介苗后，出现的慢性肉芽肿和淋巴结炎症状与接种疫苗间的关联。方法 收集资料；开展预防接种异常反应调查诊断。结果 2018年4月10日，病例监护人递交了患儿发病及就诊经过；2018年4月24日，市级调查诊断专家组对该病例儿进行预防接种异常反应调查诊断。调查诊断结论为：预防接种异常反应(左上臂慢性肉芽肿、淋巴结炎)。结论 病例左上臂慢性肉芽肿、淋巴结炎属于预防接种异常反应。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between the symptoms of chronic granuloma and lymphadenitis after BCG vaccination. METHODS Data collection;develop investigation and diagnosis of abnormal reaction of vaccination. RESULTS on April 10, 2018, the guardian of the case submitted the course of the disease and treatment of the child; on April 24, 2018, the municipal investigation and diagnosis expert group carried out the investigation and diagnosis of the abnormal reaction of vaccination on the child. The conclusion of investigation and diagnosis is adverse events following immunization (chronic granuloma of left upper arm and lymphadenitis ). CONCLUSION chronic granuloma in the left upper arm and lymphadenitis of the case belong to the adverse events following immunization.
