中文摘要: 摘 要 目的 了解叙永县65岁及以上老年人常见慢性病患病现状及其与体质指数的相关性，为慢病防治和管理工作提供科学依据。方法 根据四川省基层卫生医疗信息系统和叙永县全民预防保健项目提供的数据库，提取2018年1月—2018年12月叙永县≥65岁老年居民的健康档案信息和体检数据进行分析。结果 叙永县≥65岁老年人高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、脑卒中和血脂异常患病率分别为46.4%、7.7%、2.8%、1.4%和30.2%，慢性病共病占21.2%；超重、肥胖和中心性肥胖患病率分别为24.6%、7.2%和17.7%。多因素logistic回归分析显示：超重和肥胖是高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、脑卒中和血脂异常的危险因素，中心性肥胖是高血压、糖尿病、冠心病和血脂异常的危险因素，均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 叙永县≥65岁老年人高血压和血脂异常患病率较高，超重和肥胖是其常见慢性病的危险因素，需要进一步结合当地实际情况制定干预策略，加强健康教育，倡导健康的生活方式。
Abstract:Abstract OBJECTIVE To explore the prevalence of common chronic diseases in the aged 65 and above and its correlation with the body mass index, so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and management of chronic disease in Xuyong County. METHODS According to the primary health information system of Sichuan Province and the database provided by the Preventive Health Care Project in Xuyong County, the health file information and physical examination data of the elderly aged 65 and over in Xuyong County from January 2018 to December 2018 were extracted and analyzed. RESULTS The prevalence of hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease,stroke and dyslipidemia in the aged 65 and above were 46.4%, 7.7%, 2.8%, 1.4% and 30.2%, respectively. Multimorbidity rate was 21.2%. The prevalence rates of overweight, obesity and central obesity were 24.6%, 7.2% and 17.7%, respectively. Multivariate logistic regression analysis suggested that overweight and obesity were risk factors for hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke and dyslipidemia. Central obesity was a risk factor hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease and dyslipidemia,all of which were statistically significant(P<0.001). CONCLUSION The elderly in Xuyong County had a high prevalence of hypertension and dyslipidemia. Overweight and obesity were risk factors for common chronic diseases. It was necessary to develop intervention strategies, strengthen health education, and advocate healthy lifestyle.
