Abstract:Abstract Efficient screening intervention workflow for high-risk factors of stroke can effectively carry out intervention and management of key populations in the community for grassroots medical staff. It aims at rural residents in the community. Through three rounds of optimization, it explores the workflow of stroke screening and intervention that integrates the roles of community volunteers, general practitioners, nurses, and public health physicians, which effectively improves the participation of community villagers. It makes the foundation for the next step of effective prevention and control.
