中文摘要: 目的 对福田区“1+N”医联体下的不同社区健康服务中心的工作模式调查,了解“1+N”医联体模式下的全科医生团队发展现状。方法 以文献、政策分析法与深度访谈法相结合的形式,对福田区医联体模式下的“1+N”全科医生团队发展现状进行调查。结果 福田区“1+N”全科医生团队在专人专岗负责医联体模式下整合诊疗工作,在绩效分配上由区政府按照家庭医生服务计划的财政投入机制整体拨付经费至医院,再由医院进行二级考核和二级分配。不同机构的全科医生承担着大部分基本公共卫生服务、重大公共卫生项目、临床诊疗工作及附加服务。结论 福田区医联体模式下的“1+N”全科医生团队模式取得较好成效,值得推广。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the status of the general practitioner team under the “1+N” medical joint mode by investigating the work patterns of different community health service centers under the “1+N” medical association in Futian District, Shenzhen. METHODS The status of the “1+N”general practitioner team in the Futian District Medical Association mode was investigated in the form of literature, policy analysis and in-depth interviews. RESULTS The team of “1+N” general practitioners in Futian District is responsible for the integrated diagnosis and treatment under the medical conjoined mode, and performance allocation by the district government in accordance with the financial investment mechanism of the family doctor service plan, the overall allocation of funds To the hospital, the hospital will carry out secondary assessment and secondary allocation. General practitioners in different institutions undertake most basic public health services, major public health programs, clinical care and additional services.CONCLUSION The “1+N” general practitioner team model in the Futian District Medical Association mode has made achievements, which is worthy of promotion.
