中文摘要: 解社区养老和机构养老老年人的认知功能障碍情况，探讨相关影响因素，为防治认知功能障碍提供科学依据。方法 调查对象为545名广东长者饭堂的用餐老年人和养老院的入住老年人，对老年人的一般健康情况和认知功能(MoCA)进行问卷调查，对认知功能的影响因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果 养老院老年人认知功能障碍的风险高于社区养老的老年人。养老院老年人（OR=3.099, 95%CI: 1.601, 6.001）、年龄75岁以上（OR=2.050，95%CI：1.132，3.714）是老年人认知障碍的危险因素；学历与老年人的认知障碍呈负相关，高中或大学以上学历老年人认知功能障碍的风险分别是文盲老年人的0.292倍（OR=0.292，95%CI: 0.124，0.691）。结论 应多关注社区养老和机构养老老年人的认知功能情况，及早发现认知功能障碍人群并进行干预，以减少认知功能障碍的进展性损害。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the cognitive impairment of the elderly in community and institutions in Guangzhou, and to explore the relevant influencing factors, so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of cognitive impairment. METHODS The subjects of the survey were 545 elderly people who had meals in the elderly's dining hall in Guangdong Province and the elderly people who lived in the nursing home. The general health and cognitive function(MoCA) of the elderly were investigated by questionnaire. Logistic Regression Analysis was used to analyze the Influencing Factors of Cognitive Function. RESULTS The risk of cognitive impairment of the elderly in nursing homes is higher than that of the elderly in community. Old people in nursing homes(OR=3.099, 95% CI: 1.601, 6.001), over 75 years old (OR=2.050, 95% CI: 1.132, 3.714) were risk factors for cognitive impairment of the elderly; educational background was negatively correlated with cognitive impairment of the elderly, and the risk of cognitive impairment of the elderly with high school or university education was 0.292 times higher than that of the illiterate elderly(OR=0.292, 95% CI: 0.124, 0.691). CONCLUSION More attention should be paid to the cognitive function of the elderly in community and institutions, and early detection and intervention should be conducted to reduce the progressive impairment of cognitive dysfunction.
