中文摘要: 目的:探讨血清脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor, BDNF)与中国汉族首发未用药抑郁症(first-episode drug-naïve depression disorder, FDD)患者认知功能的关系。方法:对50例FDD患者和50名健康对照的进行血清BDNF水平检测;采用威斯康星卡片分类测试(WCST)对FDD患者和健康对照进行认知功能评估。结果:FDD患者血清BDNF水平显著低于健康对照组(F=14.01,P<0.001)。FDD患者WCST的完成分类数(Cc)、错误应答数(Re)、持续性错误数(Rpe)及非持续性错误(nRpe)均显著差于健康对照(P<0.001)。在FDD患者中,血清BDNF水平与WCST完成分类数评分呈正相关(r=0.32,P=0.024),并且与错误应答数(Re)、持续性错误数(Rpe)评分呈负相关(错误应答数,r=-0.29,P=0.036;持续性错误,r=-0.39,P=0.004)。结论低BDNF可能与抑郁症易感性及其认知功能损害具有相关性。

Abstract:OBJECTIVETo investigate the relationship between serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and cognitive function of first-episode drug-naïve depression disorder (FDD)patients in Chinese Han population.METHODSSerum BDNF levels were measured in 50 patients with FDD and 50 healthy controls. Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST)was used to evaluate the cognitive function of patients with FDD and healthy controls.RESULTSThe level of serum BDNF in patients with FDD was significantly lower than healthy controls(F=14.01, P<0.001). The performance of WCST completion classification(Cc), error response number(Re), persistent error number(Rpe) and non-persistent error (nRpe)in the FDD group were significantly worse than healthy controls(P<0.001). The level of serum BDNF was positively correlated with the score of WCST completion classification(Cc)(r=0.32,P=0.024), and negatively correlated with the score of error response number (Re)(r=-0.29,P=0.036), persistent error number(Rpe)(r =-0.39, P=0.004). CONCLUSIONLow BDNF may be associated with the susceptibility and cognitive impairment of depression disorder.
