中文摘要: 目的 通过调查贵阳市重点人群的健康现状，提出贵阳市重点人群健康方面存在的问题，并在此基础上提出贵阳市重点人群健康促进策略，以推动贵阳市“健康城市”项目的顺利开展。方法 采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、深入访谈法、实证分析法调查研究贵阳市重点人群的健康现状。结果 发现在贵阳市0~6岁儿童健康方面，呼吸道疾病及胃肠道疾病常见，监护人为儿童用药不正确，医患关系紧张，服务支撑体系建设不完善；在孕产妇健康方面，婚前检查和孕前检查不足，缺乏避孕知识，未婚人流比例高，孕产妇并发症突出；在老年人和慢性病人群健康方面，生理健康问题突出，饮食习惯不健康，慢性病高危人群较多，社区健康教育力度有待提高。结论 提出完善母乳喂养环境设施，加强儿童监护人健康教育，建立普惠型儿童福利制度；积极推广婚前检查和孕前检查，加强未婚人群生殖健康教育，有效预防和治疗妊娠并发症，建立孕产妇健康服务联合体；做好顶层设计发挥政府主导作用，进一步加强慢病防控体系建设，培养老年人健康生活饮食习惯，明确社区慢病健康教育责任等健康促进策略。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE By investigating the health status of key population in Guiyang, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the health of key population in Guiyang City, and puts forward the health promotion strategies of key population in Guiyang, in order to promote the development of the project of Healthy City in Guiyang City.METHODS This paper uses literature research, questionnaire survey, in-depth interviews, empirical analysis to investigate the health status of key groups in Guiyang. RESULTS It is found that respiratory diseases and gastrointestinal diseases are common in children aged 0-6 years in Guiyang，the guardians use incorrect medicines for children, the doctor-patient relationship is tense, and the construction of service support system is imperfect. In terms of maternal health, it is found that premarital and prenatal examinations are inadequate, contraceptive knowledge is lacking, the proportion of unmarried abortions is high, and complications of pregnant and lying-in women are prominent. In the health of the elderly and the chronic patients, it is found that the physical health problems are prominent, the dietary habits are not healthy, the high-risk groups of chronic diseases are more, and the community health education needs to be improved.CONCLUSION This paper proposes health promotion strategies about improving environmental facilities for breastfeeding, strengthening health education for child guardians, establishing an inclusive child welfare system, actively promoting pre-marital examination and pre-pregnancy examination, strengthening reproductive health education for unmarried people, preventing and treating pregnancy complications effectively, establishing a maternal health service consortium，making a good job of top-level design to play the leading role of the government, further strengthening the construction of chronic disease prevention and control system, cultivating healthy eating habits of the elderly, and clarifying the responsibility of community chronic disease health education.
