Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of a family doctor signing a contract on the community management of 2-type diabetes patients, thus providing sufficient evidence for enhancing the healthy management level of 2-type diabetes patients.METHODS The 80 patients with 2-type diabetes were chosen who have lived in the community of Hechiyuan during the period of March, 2018 to February ,2019. These patients were at random divided into two groups, one of which is the treatment group, including 40 patients , another of which is the control group with 40 patients. The sex and age of all these patients aren’t statistically significant difference. In the two groups, the routine follow-up management was used in the control group, while the service mode management of a family doctor signing a contract was applied in the treatment group. After one year, the following indices were observed including the satisfactory rate of the service, the fasting blood glucose, the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, the blood fat.RESULTS After one year of the service of the family doctor signing a contract, the satisfaction rate of the service for diabetic patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05) , some other indices, such as the fasting blood glucose, the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, the blood fat, obviously lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).CONCLUSION The service manageme-nt of a family doctor signing a contract plays a key role in enhancing the satisfactory rate of servicing the diabetes patients, controlling the blood glucose level, lowering the glycosylated hemoglobin and the blood fat level, thereby better elevating the effect of the healthy management on the diabetes patients in the community.
