中医药膳辅助治疗糖尿病的食材与药材分析*

中文摘要: 目的:对国内中医药膳辅助治疗糖尿病临床试验研究文献中所使用的食材与药材进行统计分析,揭示其特点,为相关研究提供参考。方法:运用计算机在中国知网、万方数据和维普数据等文献数据库,对国内药膳辅助治疗糖尿病的临床试验研究文献进行检索,采用内容分析法,对证型、病例数、疗程和使用的食材和药材等进行统计分析。结果:共纳入文献37篇,涉及糖尿病证型27种,主要使用的食材有鸡蛋、小麦粉等25种,药材有山药、枸杞等19种。结论:药膳辅助治疗糖尿病临床研究中,气阴两虚型糖尿病患者最多,所选择的食材和药材种类与频率,对干预和治疗糖尿病,在营养和药效方面均具有较强的针对性。
Abstract:Objective To make a statistical analysis on the ingredients and herbs used in the domestic literature of clinical trials on the treatment of diabetes with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) diet, reveal their characteristics, and provide references for relevant studies. Methods Based on CNKI, Wanfang data, CQVIP data and other literature databases, the domestic clinical trial research literature on the treatment of diabetes with medicated diet were searched, and the content analysis method was adopted to carry out statistical analysis on the type of syndrome, number of cases, course of treatment, ingredients and TCM materials used. Results A total of 37 references were included, involving 27 types of diabetes type. 25 kinds of main ingredients(eggs, wheat flour, etc.) and 19 kinds of TCM materials(Yams, medlar, etc)were included. COnclusion In the clinical studies on the adjunct treatment of diabetes with medicated diet, the patients with diabetes with deficiency of both qi and Yin were the majority. The types and frequency of the selected ingredients and TCM material have strong pertinence to the intervention and treatment of diabetes, in terms of nutrition and efficacy.
