中文摘要: 目的 探讨多元化健康教育对农村老年2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为的影响。方法 选取2018年8月—2019年4月浦东新区祝桥社区卫生服务中心糖尿病护理门诊就诊的老年2型糖尿病患者60例,采用随机数字表分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用常规健康指导,实验组采用多元化健康教育。比较两组患者的糖尿病知识问卷(DKT)得分、糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)得分和血糖控制情况。结果 干预6个月后,对照组DKT得分、足部护理行为较本组干预前有所提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组DKT得分、饮食管理、运动管理、血糖监测、用药管理、足部护理和血糖控制情况均优于本组干预前及对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 多元化健康教育能有效改善农村老年2型糖尿病患者的自我管理行为,从而更好地控制血糖。
Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of diversified health education on the self-management behavior of rural elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Sixty elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the diabetes care clinic of Zhuqiao Community Health Service Center in Pudong New District from August 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table. The control group adopted routine health guidance, and the experimental group adopted diversified health education. The diabetes knowledge questionnaire (DKT) scores, the summary of diabetes self-care activities(SDSCA)score and blood glucose of the two groups were compared. Results After 6 months of intervention, the DKT score and foot care behavior of the control group was improved compared with itself before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The DKT scores of the experimental group, diet management, exercise management, blood glucose monitoring, medication management, foot care activities and blood glucose were all better than those in this group before and after the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusion Diversified health education can effectively improve the self-management activities of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in rural areas, to control blood sugar better.
