中文摘要: 摘 要 目的 深入了解苏州市工业园区家庭医生签约服务针对特扶家庭的实施效果，探讨影响特扶家庭的家庭医生签约服务发展的制约因素。方法 采用分层随机抽样方法，在苏州市工业园区5个街道选取了共计38个特扶家庭作为研究对象，并对其家庭成员代表进行个人深度访谈。结果 运用NVivo11进行资料整理与核心主题提炼，归纳得出限制特扶家庭的家庭医生签约服务发展的三点主要问题：(1)宣传程度不够；(2)使用率不高；(3)服务内容落实不全面。结论 苏州市工业园区特扶家庭对家庭医生签约服务费用、内容和流程的了解不足，应继续加强宣传引导，提高居民知晓率；优化配套服务，增强服务吸引力；改进供方建设，完善服务落实度，从而促进家庭医生签约服务的可持续发展。
Abstract:Abstract OBJECTIVE To deeply understand the implementation effect of family doctors’ contracted services in Suzhou Industrial Park for special-assisted families, and explore the constraints that affect the development of special-assisted family doctors’ contracted services. METHODS Through stratified random sampling method, a total of 38 specially-supported families were selected as the research objects in 5 streets of Suzhou Industrial Park, and personal in-depth interviews were conducted with their family members. RESULTS Using NVivo11 to organize the data and refine the core themes, the following three points were summarized: (1) the level of promotion was insufficient; (2) the utilization rate was not high; (3) the implementation of family doctor services was not comprehensive. CONCLUSION Special support families in Suzhou Industrial Park are lack of understanding about the cost, content and process of family doctors’ contractual services. It needs to continue to strengthen publicity and guidance to increase the awareness rate of residents, optimize supporting services to increase the attractiveness of services, improve the construction of suppliers and the implementation of services, so as to promote the sustainable development of family doctors’ contractual services.
