中文摘要: 目的:家庭医生签约服务助力分级诊疗制度的,认知是签约利用的基础,了解社区居民对签约服务的认知及其影响因素,为提高居民认知度提供切实可行的建议。方法: 于2019年5—7月,采用随机抽样方法,选择上海市16个区50家社区的2500名居民,采用自行设计的调查问卷进行调查。结果:85.96%的社区居民认知签约服务相关政策,84.18%的社区居民认知签约服务内容。影响居民家庭医生签约服务认知情况的因素有户籍、居住地、文化程度、月收入、患慢病情况。结论:上海市社区居民家庭医生签约服务的认知水平较高,但宣传方式单一,应丰富宣传方式和途径,针对不同人群制定不同宣传方案,实现真实有效的宣传,提高居民对签约服务认知。

Abstract:Objective The implementation of contracted family doctor services are necessary approaches to the achievement the development of hierarchical medical system. Awareness is the basis of contract utilization, understanding residents’ awareness of such services and its influencing factors, providing practical and feasible suggestions for the improvement of residents' awareness. Methods this survey was conducted between May and July 2019 in a stratified random sample of 2500 residents from 50communities in 16 districts, Shanghai. A self-designed questionnaire was used in the survey. Results Of the residents, 85.96% knew contracted family doctor services related policies,and 84.18% of the community residents are aware of the content of contracted family doctor service. Factors that affect the awareness of residents' contracted family doctor services include household registration, residence, education level, monthly income, and chronic diseases.Conclusion The community residents in shanghai have a high level of awareness of contracted family doctor services, but the method of publicity is single, and the methods and channels of publicity should be enriched. Different publicity programs can be formulated for different groups of people to achieve real and effective publicity and increase residents' awareness of contracted family doctor services.
