中文摘要: 目的：调查上海市闵行区学龄前视力状况并分析视力低下的影响因素。方法：随机抽取闵行区100家托幼机构12 972名学龄前儿童进行视力检查。并对部分儿童进行问卷调查了解近视相关影响因素。结果：闵行区学龄前儿童视力低常检出率为27.7%，女童的视力低常率高于男童，5岁以上儿童的视力低常率高于5岁以下儿童。家长最高学历高、户外活动时间短的儿童视力低常率较高。 结论：上海市闵行区儿童视力低常率为27.7%，应加强对女童、5岁以上儿童的视力状况的关注，引导学历较高的家长注重儿童用眼并加强对儿童户外活动对于视力影响的健康宣教。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the eyesight situation of preschool children in Minhang District and analyze the influencing factors of poor eyesight. METHODS 12 972 preschool children in Minhang District were randomly selected for visual examination. A questionnaire survey was conducted on some children to understand the social factors related to Eyesight. RESULTS The prevalence rate of low vision in preschool children in Minhang District was 27.7%. The rate of poor eyesight in girls was higher than that in boys. The rate of poor eyesight in children above 5 years old was higher than that in children under 5 years old. Children with high parental education and short outdoor activities have a high rate of poor eyesight. CONCLUSION The low vision rate of children in Minhang District，Shanghai is 27.7%. It is necessary to pay more attention to the eyesight status of girls and children over 5 years. Parents with higher academic qualifications should be guided to pay attention to children’s eyes and strengthen the importance of children’s outdoor activities.
