中文摘要: 目的：探讨青少年抑郁症现状以及功能失调性态度与青少年抑郁症之间的关系。方法：采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)与功能失调性态度量表(DAS)对山西某三甲医院精神卫生科153名青少年抑郁症患者进行调查。结果：青少年抑郁症存在性别与学历差异，女性抑郁水平高于男性，大学抑郁水平与功能失调性得分均高于其他学历（P＜0.05），功能失调性态度与抑郁症水平呈正相关（r=0.647，P<0.05）。结论：青少年作为一个社会群体，各种因素的作用下使得其易感抑郁症，功能失调性态度作为独立因素，在青少年抑郁症中扮演着重要作用，因此应加强对青少年心理卫生的干预，给青少年一个健康的成长环境。

Abstract:Objective：To study the adolescent depression status and function of the relationship between the loss of tonal attitude and adolescent depressionMethod：Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and dysfunctional attitude scale (DAS) were used to evaluate 153 young people in mental health department of a third grade a hospital in Shanxi Province. Results：There were differences between gender and educational background in adolescent depression, the depression level of females was higher than males, and the depression level of college students was higher than other educational background (P<0.05). The dysfunctional attitude was positively correlated with the depression level (r = 0.647, P<0.05). Conclusion：As a social group, adolescents are susceptible to depression under the influence of various factors. Dysfunctional attitude, as an independent factor, plays an important role in adolescent depression. Therefore, we strengthen the intervention of adolescent mental health to give adolescents a healthy growing environment.
