Abstract:The novel Coronavirus pneumonia outbreak is a severe test to the ability of community health prevention and control system, which is also a great challenge to community teaching of the standardized general practice residency training program. According to the changes of COVID-19 situation in Shanghai, Shanggang Community Health Service Center has made a reasonable exploration of the teaching mode of “theory + practice + cloud”, which is extended to the frontline of the epidemic in the context of COVID-19 epidemic. Practices and online-teaching are conducted to ensure the teaching quality and achieve the teaching task. Through the comparison of students’ academic performance and processing ability related to COVID-19 before and after the training, it is found that prescription-training physicians’ ability to deal with public health emergencies has been significantly improved after the application of this mode of teaching. This teaching mode of “theory + practice + cloud”, which constantly explores and improves the standard teaching level of general practitioners in practice, provides a new idea for community teaching of standardized training of general practitioners in special period.
