中文摘要: 目的：了解南通市崇川区2014—2018年梅毒流行病学特征与发展趋势，为科学制定梅毒防治策略提供科学依据。方法：采用描述性流行病学方法对传染病报告信息管理系统中2014—2018年5年间的所有梅毒病例的发病特征进行分析。结果：2014—2018 年崇川区梅毒年均发病率为56.27 /10 万。病例类型主要以隐性梅毒为主，一期梅毒、二期梅毒、三期梅毒以及隐性梅毒在不同年份间的构成比存在明显差异，且差异有统计学意义（X2= 45.647，P＜0.05） 。梅毒发病男女比例为1.14:1，其中隐性梅毒性别间差异具有统计学意义（x2 =12.163，P =0.016）。20～35岁及60岁以上人群为梅毒的高发年龄段。职业分布主要集中在青壮年的工人、家务及待业者以及老年离退休人员。结论：南通市崇川区梅毒年报告发病率仍然处于较高水平，应继续加强性病监测，有效预防与遏制梅毒的传播。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the epidemiological characteristics and development trend of syphilis in Chongchuan District of Nantong City from 2014 to 2018, so as to provide scientific basis for the scientific formulation of syphilis prevention and control strategy. METHODS Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the incidence characteristics of all syphilis cases from 2014 to 2018 in the infectious disease reporting information management system. RESULTS From 2014 to 2018, the annual incidence rate of syphilis in Chongchuan District was 56.27 /10. The main types of cases were recessive syphilis. The constituent ratio of primary syphilis, secondary syphilis, tertiary syphilis and recessive syphilis was significantly different in different years, and the difference was statistically significant(x2 = 45.647, P < 0.05). The male to female ratio of syphilis was 1.14:1, and the difference of recessive syphilis was statistically significant(x2=12.163, P=0.016). The high incidence of syphilis was 20-35 years old and over 60 years old. The occupation distribution mainly concentrated in the young workers, the housework and the unemployed, as well as the elderly retirees. CONCLUSION The annual incidence rate of syphilis in Chongchuan District of Nantong is still at a high level. We should continue to strengthen the surveillance of STD, effectively prevent and curb the spread of syphilis.
