2010-2020年家庭医生及团队绩效考核指标研究进展

中文摘要: 与欧美等发达国家不同,我国尚未形成统一的家庭医生绩效考核体系。现涉及家庭医生、团队等人员绩效考核的研究越来越多,但对于这些资料完整的综述较少。本研究复习2010-2020年涉及家庭医生、团队等人员绩效考核指标的文献,对具体考核指标归纳、总结,提炼出框架主要为从数量和质量上考核基本医疗、基本公共卫生和家庭医生签约服务的家庭医生绩效考核指标,从团队建设、人才培养、合作能力和满意度上考核的家庭医生团队绩效考核指标,旨在为探索建立有效的个人和团队绩效考核体系提供帮助。
Abstract:Different from developed countries such as Europe and America, China has not yet formed a unified performance appraisal system for family doctors. Until now, there are mounting number of studies on the performance appraisal for the staff of family doctors and family doctor teams , but fewer better review had achieved. Reviewing literature on performance appraisal indicators for the staff of family doctors and teams from 2010 to 2020, this study refined the performance appraisal framework, mainly including quantity and quality indicators of basic medical care, basic public health care , family doctors’ service for family doctors and team building, talent training, ability of cooperation and satisfaction for teams. The aim is to offer help for established effective individual and team performance appraisal system.
