中文摘要: 目的：了解兰州市七里河区成人居民的健康知识和行为素养现状及其影响因素，为制定提高成人居民健康文明生活方式的干预措施提供参考依据。方法：于2017年12月1日—12月31采用多阶段整群抽样的方法从兰州市七里河区39个社区和18个村中抽取5 000名成人居民进行问卷调查，定性资料用率或构成比表示，用卡方检验进行组间比较，运用logistic回归进行多因素分析。结果：七里河区居民健康知识知晓率为53.47%（95%CI：53.45%~53.49%），健康行为形成率为47.36%（95%CI：47.34%~47.38%）。Logistic回归分析显示：地区、年龄、文化程度、年收入、职业为健康知识素养影响因素，年龄、性别、职业、健康知识得分为健康行为素养影响因素（）。结论：该区居民健康知识知晓率与健康行为形成率较低，应加强老年人及文化程度较低居民的健康知识普及，引导居民形成健康的行为素养。

Abstract:Abstract OBJECTIVE To examine the health knowledge and behavior literacy and study influencing factors of adult residents in Qilihe district, Lanzhou city, so as to provide a reference basis for formulating intervention measures to improve the healthy and civilized lifestyle of adult residents. METHODS From December 1 to December 31, 2017, 5000 permanent adult residents from 39 communities and 18 villages in Qilihe District of Lanzhou were investigated by cluster multi-stage random sampling. logistic regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis. RESULTS The awareness rate of health knowledge of residents in Qilihe district was 53.47%(95%CI：53.45%~53.49%), and the formation rate of health behavior was 47.36%(95%CI：47.34%~47.38%). Logistic result display that: region, age, education level, annual income and occupation are influencing factors of health knowledge age, gender, occupation and health knowledge score are influencing factors of health behavior literacy(). CONCLUSION The awareness rate of health knowledge and the formation rate of health behaviors among residents in this area are relatively low. The popularization of health knowledge among the elderly and residents with lower educational level should be strengthened to guide residents to form healthy behavior literacy.
