中文摘要: 前新型冠状病毒感染肺炎（COVID-19）疫情已成为国际关注的突发性重大公共卫生事件。作者受上海市光华中西医结合医院指派，在武汉市第三医院参与抗疫支援工作期间，共收治COVID-19患者118例。治疗方式以伤寒六经辨证为基础，基于中医理论疾病规律，在患者早期（太阳阳明期）给予辛凉宣透剂宣透肺邪；中期（邪入少阳期）清热化湿和解，适当扶正；治愈期（少阴化热期）滋阴清热，兼顾变证。经中医辨证治疗，共出院69例，治愈率达58.47%。

Abstract:The novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) has currently become a global major public health emergency. In this paper, the 118 COVID-19 patients, which from Wuhan Third Hospital-Tongren Hospital of Wuhan University, were treated by authors from ShangHai GuangHua Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. Based on the Six-meridian Diseases theory and diseases changing law of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory, during the early period (Tai-Yang-Yang-Ming period), Xinliang Xuantou herbs were given to clear away lung pathogens; during the middle period (Xie-Ru-Shao-Yang period), attentions were paid to clearing away heat, resolving dampness and properly strengthening the body; during the healing period (Shao-Yin-Hua-Re period), attentions were paid to nourishing yin and clearing heat, taking into account the change of syndrome. According to the TCM treatment theory, a total of 69 patients were discharged from hospital with a cure rate of 58.47%.
