Abstract:OBJECTIVE Investigate and understand the current status of the contracted services of family doctors in Yinchuan City, and put forward corresponding suggestions based on the problems existing in the development of the contracted services of family doctors.METHODS A questionnaire survey was used for residents and community doctors in Yinchuan City, 500 residents were randomly selected as survey subjects, and 20 community doctors were survey subjects. SPSS statistical software was used to perform descriptive analysis of data, single factor chi-square test and logistic multivariate regression analysis Then came to a conclusion.RESULTS In the logistic multivariate regression analysis, age, monthly income, payment methods for medical expenses, and chronic disease are the influencing factors for contracted family doctor services. CONCLUSION At present, the implementation effect of the Yinchuan family doctor's contract service policy has achieved initial results, and it is worth continuing to promote it. At the same time, policy publicity should be increased, residents' awareness should be improved, contracted services should be implemented locally, and family doctors’ performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms should be improved.
