中文摘要: 目的 探讨借助网格化管理的“医生进社区”签约管理模式在实践中的效果。方法 选择上海市某社区1008例居民作为研究对象,以居委为单位随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各504例,研究组运用网格化管理模式进行管理,对照组采用传统签约管理模式,比较两组居民、家庭医生、卫生条线工作人员知晓率、满意度、签约使用率等。结果 延伸处方使用率高于对照组,两组患者预约转诊使用率差异无统计学意义。研究组家庭医生对签约工作的满意度提升明显。结论 借助网格化管理的“医生进社区”签约管理模式,可以有效提高签约居民、家庭医生、居委卫生工作人员的知晓率和满意度,有效利用社区现有的卫生资源。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE Discuss the effect of the contracted family doctor management model of "doctors work in the community" with the application of grid management. METHODS Randomly divided into a control group and a study group based on the neighborhood committee. The research group uses grid management mode for management, and the control group uses traditional contract management mode. Compare the awareness rate, satisfaction rate, and contract usage rate of the two groups of residents, family doctors, and health line staff. RESULTS The use rate of extended prescription is higher than that of the control group . The satisfaction of family doctors in the study group with contracted work increased significantly .CONCLUSION With the help of grid-based management of the "doctors work in community" contract management model, the awareness and satisfaction of contracted residents, family doctors, and health line staffs can be effectively increased, and the existing health resources in the community can be effectively used.
