中文摘要: 目的: 了解江苏省南通市通州区产科资源配置、产科服务效率及产科质量情况，为卫生行政部门决策提供依据。方法：分析2019年通州区产科资源、产科质量数据，不同级别助产机构进行分组比较、讨论。结果： 通州区产科资源分布不合理，三级助产机构服务效率高于二级、一级机构，剖宫产率、会阴侧切率等产科质量过程性指标三级助产机构高于二级、一级机构，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；产科医生结构不合理，高、中、初级职称比为3.1:1.9:1，后备力量不足。结论： 应积极调整助产机构，合理分配产科资源，加强人才培养，积极开展新技术、新项目，提高产科质量，保障母婴安全。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE Understanding the allocation of obstetric resources, efficiency and quality of obstetric services in Tongzhou districtprovides the scientific basis for the decision-making of health administration department. METHODS The data of obstetrical resources and quality in Tongzhou district in 2019 is compiled and analyzed, which has be compared and discussed according to the different levels of midwifery institutions. RESULTS The distribution of obstetric resources in Tongzhou district is unreasonable.The service efficiency of three-level midwifery institutions is higher than that of second-level and first-level institutions.The quality process indexes of cesarean section and perineal lateral excision rate in the third-level midwifery institutions are higher than that of second-level and first-level institutions.The difference is statistically significant (P<0.01).The structure of obstetricians is unreasonable as the ratio of senior, middle and junior titles is 3.1:1.9:1, and the reserve force is insufficient.CONCLUSION We should actively adjust midwifery institutions, rationally allocate obstetric resources, strengthen personnel training, andenergetically carry out new technologies and projectsto improve the quality of obstetrics
and ensure the safety of mothers and infants.
