中文摘要: 目的：了解杭州市流动老年人对社区健康管理内容和实施途径的需求情况。方法：采用方便抽样法对从杭州市277名流动老年人进行调查。结果：预防相关服务中健康体检的需求率最高（75.4%）；干预相关服务中用药指导（66.1%）和常见病诊疗（58.5%）的需求率最高；社会/文化相关服务中社区文娱/户外活动需求率最高（58.5%）；70.04%的流动老年人希望社区健康管理服务/活动可以安排在周末，短信电话方式是流动老年人最能接受的健康管理相关信息获得方式（71.48%）。结论：当前流动老年人对不同类别健康管理的需求程度不同，社区应根据老年人的需求特征提供适宜的健康管理服务，促进流动老年人健康管理意识与健康水平的提升。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the needs of the floating elderly for the content and implementation of community health management.METHODS 277 floating elderly people from Hangzhou were investigated by convenience sampling method.RESULTS Among the prevention related services, the demand rate of physical examination was the highest (75.4%); among the intervention related services, the demand rate of medication guidance (66.1%) and diagnosis and treatment of common diseases (58.5%) was the highest; among the social / cultural related services, the demand rate of community entertainment / outdoor activities was the highest (58.5%); 70.04% of the mobile elderly hoped that the community health management services / activities could be arranged on weekends, by SMS and telephone Mode was the most acceptable way to obtain health management related information (71.48%).CONCLUSION At present, the floating elderly have different demands for different types of health management. The community should provide appropriate health management services according to the needs of the elderly, so as to promote the awareness and level of health management of the floating elderly.
