一般自我效能感在临床护士职业压力与职业倦怠间的中介效应分析

中文摘要: 目的: 运用统计学方法分析一般自我效能感在临床护士职业压力与职业倦怠间的中介效应,为降低临床护士职业压力与职业倦怠的程度提供一定理论支持。方法:采用便利抽样法抽取临床护士220名进行问卷调查,用SPSS 23.0对问卷结果进行pearson相关性分析及中介效应检验。结果:临床护士普遍处于高职业压力、高职业倦怠和低自我效能感水平,职业压力与职业倦怠各维度间均呈显著正相关性, 一般自我效能感在职业压力与职业倦怠间起部分中介作用。结论:降低护士职业压力、提升自我效能感对减轻职业倦怠的程度具有积极意义,国家、医院及护士个人应采取各种措施降低护士的职业压力并提升自我效能感。
Abstract:Objective Using statistical methods to analyze the mediating effect of self-efficacy on clinical nurses' occupational stress and job burnout, to provide some theoretical support for reducing the level of clinical nurses' occupational stress and job burnout. Methods 220 questionnaires were collected by convenient sampling method for questionnaire survey. Pearson correlation analysis and mediation effect test were performed on SPSS23.0. Results Clinical nurses were generally at high professional pressure, high job burnout and low self-efficacy level. There was a significant positive correlation between occupational stress and burnout. The self-efficacy was partially intervened between occupational stress and burnout. effect. Conclusion Reducing the occupational stress of nurses and improving self-efficacy have positive significance in reducing the degree of job burnout. Individuals, hospitals and nurses should take various measures to reduce the occupational stress of nurses and improve self-efficacy.
