中文摘要: 目的：调查妊娠期高血压疾病高危人群的知识、信念及行为，并分析其影响因素，为构建妊娠期高血压疾病高危人群健康管理模式提供参考。方法：2019年11月—2020年1月对贵阳市三家三甲医院门诊就诊孕妇进行问卷调查，使用自设知识、信念及行为问卷测量妊娠期高血压疾病高危人群对妊娠期高血压知识、信念及行为的情况，并分析其影响因素。结果：妊娠期高血压疾病知识平均得分(17.21±4.02)分，妊娠期高血压疾病信念平均得分(32.75±3.49)分，妊娠期高血压疾病行为平均得分(19.59±3.26)分。结论：妊娠期高血压疾病高危人群疾病知识了解程度普遍较低，虽然拥有较高健康信念，但健康行为遵守度稍低。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the knowledge，attitude and Practice of high risk population of pregnancy hypertension，and analyze its influencing factors，and provide reference for the construction of health management model for high-risk population of pregnancy hypertension. METHODS From November 2019 to January 2020，the outpatient women of three third-a hospitals in Guiyang were investigated by questionnaire. The knowledge，attitude and Practiceof high risk group of pregnancy hypertension were measured by self-designed knowledge，attitude and Practice questionnaire，and the influencing factors were analyzed. RESULTTS The average score of knowledge of pregnancy hypertension was 17.21±4.02，the belief score of pregnancy hypertension was 32.75±3.49，and the average score of behavior of pregnancy hypertension was 19.59±3.26. CONCLUSION the knowledge of high risk group of pregnancy hypertension is low，although people have higher health beliefs，they have lower compliance with health behaviors.
