中文摘要: 目的:为了解分析影响小学生健康素养水平的因素,为进一步提高小学生健康教育水平提供参考依据。方法:采取分层多阶段整群抽样方法,选取广州市某区7所小学的三至六年级的学生共1180人为研究对象,采取匿名调查问卷的方式进行调查。结果:大多数学生(79.22%)对健康保健知识的重要性的认知程度比较高,态度积极;63.03%的学生心理健康程度良好;健康知识和健康行为形成情况2方面健康素养具备率分别为:80.15%和82.49%,整体水平较为良好。小学生的健康素养水平与不同年级、不同年龄和不同户籍特征的有关联。学生对于健康教育课程的需求较强烈,大多数学生认为1周一节健康教育课为宜。结论:本次研究中的小学生的年龄越大、年级越高、户籍为城镇的学生健康素养水平程度越高。应从政府、学校、家庭等多方面入手,提升小学生的健康素养水平。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE In order to understand and analyze the factors that affect the health literacy level of primary school students, and provide a reference for further improving the level of primary school students’ health education. METHODS A stratified multi-stage cluster sampling method was adopted, and a total of 1,180 students from grades 3 to 6 in 7 primary schools in a certain district of Guangzhou were selected as the research objects, and an anonymous questionnaire was used to conduct the survey. RESULTS Most students (79.22%) have a relatively high level of awareness of the importance of health care knowledge and have a positive attitude; 63.03% of the students have good mental health; the health knowledge and health behavior formation status of the two aspects of health literacy possession rate are: 80.15 % And 82.49%, the overall level is relatively good. The health literacy level of primary school students is related to different grades, different ages and different household registration characteristics. Students have a strong demand for health education courses, most students think that 1 week of health education is appropriate CONCLUSION The older the elementary school students in this study, the higher the grade, and the higher the health literacy level of the students whose household registration is urban. We should start with the government, schools, and families to improve the health literacy level of primary school students.
