Abstract:Abstract OBJECTIVE This study analyzed the results of health examination for the elderly aged ≥60 years old in Liqizhuang street,understand the general health level and common health problems of the elderly,provide basis for community health care management for the elderly.METHODS A free health examination was conducted in elderly people aged 60 or above in 2019，the total number of physical examination results was 7 364，the results of physical examination were analyzed.RESULTS Among the elderly who received health examination,the most serious health problems were dyslipidemia (75.0%)，overweight or obesity (64.8%)，hyperglycemia (29.8%) and hypertension (25.2%);other health problems included abnormal blood routine (21.9%)，abnormal liver function(7.83%)，and abnormal renal function (6.5%);there was no significant difference in the detection rate of hypertension and hyperglycemia between men and women，the detection rate of dyslipidemia in female is higher than that in male，the detection rate of overweight or obesity，liver function，renal function and blood routine abnormality was higher in men than in women，the abnormal rate of each physical examination index is different with the agegroup. CONCLUSIONS Health examination results of the elderly in Liqizhuang Street are not ideal，health education for the elderly should be strengthened，especially diet control and proper exercise，to control weight and blood fat，continue to strengthen chronic disease management，improve the health awareness of the elderly，improving the health of the elderly.
