Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of fast acupuncture on lateral knee pain caused by lumbar disc disease.METHODS From March 2018 to February 2019, 88 patients with lumbar disc disease were randomly selected as the research data, and the control group and experimental group were determined by coin tossing method, 44 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional lumbar traction, and the experimental group was treated with fast acupuncture, combined with appropriate rehabilitation training. The two groups were compared and analyzed: clinical effect and after treatment Complications, waist and back function score, pain score.RESULTS The recovery effective rate of the experimental group was 93.18%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.27%), the complication rate of the experimental group was 4.55%, which was lower than that of the control group (20.45%, P< 0.05); there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05); after treatment, the score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, while the score of the pain was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION In the process of treatment of lateral knee pain caused by lumbar disc disease, fast acupuncture treatment is added on the basis of basic traction treatment and rehabilitation treatment, and the effective rate of treatment is significantly improved, which can effectively reduce the incidence of lateral knee pain after treatment, and reduce pain response at the same time. The clinical promotion value is ideal.
