中文摘要: 目的 通过对老年人社区健康管理的需求和供给调查，发现其中存在的问题，提出相应的对策建议。方法 自行设计调查问卷，采用分层、与规模成比例的PPS抽样方法选取调查对象。结果 黑龙江省老年人对社区医疗服务需求分布较高的年龄段在60~85岁，其中男性的平均年龄为（67±2.34）岁，女性的平均年龄为（72±3.12）岁，对医疗服务有需求的老年人中不同性别的年龄分布差异有统计学意义（t=-23.97，P＜0.000 1）。老年人更希望社区医务工作者能够提供健康咨询、健康饮食及运动指导服务。虽然不同岗位的医务工作者认为学习培训有利于提升老年人卫生健康服务水平，但实际参加过老年医疗/护理方面专业学习培训的医务人员较少（34.03%）。结论 应加强对医务工作者的相关学习培训工作，促进老年人健康养老，提高老龄健康服务水平，使老年人对医疗服务的需求得到满足。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the demand and supply of community health management for the elderly, found the existing problems and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions. METHODS The questionnaire was designed by ourselves. The subjects were selected by using de method of stratified and proportional to scale PPS. RESULTS The age group with a higher distribution of demand for community medical services among the elderly in Heilongjiang Province was 60 to 85 years old, of which the average age of men was (67±2.34) year-old, the average age of women was (72±3.12) year-old, and the age distribution difference between the different sexes of elderly people in need of medical services was statistically significant (t=-23.97, P<0.000 1). The elderly were more likely to expect community health workers to provide health advice, healthy diet and exercise guidance services. Although medical workers from different positions believed that learning and training were beneficial to improving the health service level of the elderly, fewer medical workers (34.03%) had participated in professional learning and training in geriatric medical/nursing. CONCLUSION Relevant learning and training should be strengthened for medical workers, so as to promote the health and support of the elderly, improve the level of health services for the elderly, and meet the needs of medical services for the elderly.
