2017—2019年发生的AEFI以一般反应为主。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To improve the monitoring quality and disposal level of suspected vaccination abnormal response (AE⁃
FI) by analyzing the characteristics of suspected vaccination abnormal response in Qidong from 2017 to 2019. METHODS The data
of AEFI cases reported by China Immunization Program Information Management System from 2017 to 2019 were exported for de⁃
scriptive epidemiological analysis. RESULTS A total of 318 cases of AEFI were reported in Qidong from 2017 to 2019 with a report⁃
ed incidence of 44.11/100 000. There were 286 cases (89.94%) with general reaction and 32 cases (10.06%) with abnormal reaction.
The reported rates were 39.67/100 000 and 4.44/100 000, respectively. CONCLUSION The AEFI monitoring system in Qidong was
functioning normally and the general response to AEFI which was in 2017-2019 was predominant.
