中文摘要: 目的 了解河南省在校大学生吸烟行为的流行现况，为制定健康教育措施和进行干预性研究提供科学依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法，抽取河南省13所不同类型大学的2 689名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果 大学生尝试吸烟率、现在吸烟率分别为44.6%、15.0%，男生吸烟率高于女生，三年制大学高于四年或五年制大学(P<0.05)。结论 河南省在校大学生吸烟率较高，应采取综合干预措施，促使大学生建立健康的生活方式。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the prevalence of smoking behavior among college students in Henan province, in order to provide scientific basis for establishing the health education measures and conducting intervention studies. METHODs Total of 2 689 students from 13 universities in Henan province were selected by stratified cluster sampling method and carried out questionnaire. RESULTS The prevalence rate of trying smoking was 44.6%, current smoking was 15.0%, and the rates of boys were higher than girls, the rates of Three-year university were higher than Four/Five university(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The prevalence of smoking behavior among college students in Henan province were higher than other place. Effective comprehensive intervention measures should be taken so as to build a healthy life style for the college students.
