中文摘要: 目的 了解妇幼人群的健康信息需求,为APP投放市场选择合适的内容及方式。方法选择米市巷社区卫生服务中心作为典型社区,方便抽取前来妇保、儿保科室就诊的36名孕产妇和74名婴幼儿家长,了解他们的移动健康信息需求。结果 “获取健康知识”成为用户使用APP的首要需求,“与医师互动”服务受到青睐;不同人群间及同一人群的不同生理阶段对健康信息的需求存在差异;孕妇和婴幼儿类APP的使用率存在差异。结论 建立以高质量的健康信息为核心竞争力,以模块化、阶段化、交互化为特性,重点人群积极推广的移动健康教育模式是提升妇幼健康素养的有效方式。
Abstract:ObjectiveTo understand the health information needs of maternal and child population, and to choose the right content and manner of APP for putting in market. MethodsIt chose the Mishixiang Community Health Center as a typical community andchose the convenience samplingof 36 pregnant women and 74 infants,whocametothematernal and child health department and child protection department for treatment in the center, respectively. Results“Access to health knowledge” had become the primary APP serviceneed for theusers and“interaction with physicians” servicewas favored by them.There were significant difference ofhealth information needs between different people groupsand between the same peoplegroupbut at different stages, andthere were also different about the APPutilization rate between pregnant women and infants.ConclusionThe APP should bereformedmobile health education modelbyestablishinghigh-quality health information as core competitiveness, combing withmodularization, staging, and interactive features, and actively promoted among the potentialobjects, so as to enhance the health literacy of maternal and child.
