中文摘要: 目的 探讨小金片联合小剂量左甲状腺素钠片治疗结节性甲状腺肿的疗效及对甲状腺功能的影响。方法 将189例结节性甲状腺肿患者按照随机数字法分为对照组、联合正常剂量组与联合小剂量组，各63例。对照组：患者给予正常剂量左甲状腺素钠片治疗，联合正常剂量组：患者给予正常剂量左甲状腺素钠片联合小金片治疗，联合小剂量组:患者给予小剂量左甲状腺素钠片联合小金片治疗。比较治疗前后三组患者的血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)和促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平的变化情况。结果 联合正常剂量组与联合小剂量组患者治疗后的总有效率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，但均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗后，三组患者的游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平较治疗前均无统计学差异(P＞0.05)；治疗后，对照组、联合正常剂量组患者的促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平明显降低(P＜0.05)，联合小剂量组患者的TSH水平降低幅度明显小于对照组与联合正常剂量组(P＜0.05)。结论 小金片联合小剂量左甲状腺素钠片治疗结节性甲状腺肿效果佳，安全性好，且对甲状腺功能影响较小。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiaojinpian combined with low-dosage Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets in the treatment of nodular goiter and its influence on thyroid function. METHODS A total of 189 patients with nodular goiter
were randomly divided into control group, normal dosage combined group and low dosage combined group, 63 cases for each group. Control group was treated with normal dosage of Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets, while normal dosage combined group with normal dosage of Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets combined with Xiaojinpian, and low dosage combined group with low dosage of Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets combined with Xiaojinpian. The changes of levels of serum free triiodothyronine (FT3), serum free thyroxine (FT4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) were compared before and after treatment among 3 groups. RESULTS There was insignificant difference between normal dosage combined group and low dosage combined group in total response rate (RR) (P＞0.05), but both groups were evidently higher than control group in total RR (P＜0.05). After treatment, there was insignificant difference among 3 groups in the levels of FT3 and FT4 than treatment before (P＞0.05), but TSH decreased more notably in control group and normal dosage combined group (P＜0.05), but the decrease range of TSH was significantly lower in low dosage combined group than that in other two groups (P＜0.05). CONCLUSION Xiaojinpian combined with low-dosage Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets has excellent clinical efficacy and favorable safety in the treatment of patients with nodular goiter, and has less influence on their thyroid function.
